You’ve heard of walk-a-thons, skate-a-thons and even marathons but this is the first annual Mow-a-thon to benefit those served by Diligent Hands…Gracious Heart, a nonprofit that provides free lawn care and minor home repair for the elderly and homebound.

THE REASON WE SERVE
Today, many seniors are lonely and neglected. They are homebound without means to maintain thier property. Feelings of helplessness and anxiety are common. Since 1999, it has been our experience that by responding to those basic needs of lawn maintenance and fellowship, we are able to help restore their dignity and renew their sense of joy, hope, and faith.
